农田重金属污染钝化修复技术

主要贡献

通过近20年的研究,研发出以天然黏土矿物材料为基体的巯基黏土改性农田重金属污染高效钝化材料,可以满足对中重度土壤镉、铅、汞等污染钝化阻控治理需求,该类高效钝化阻控材料对重金属镉、铅的负载量较常规天然材料分别提高达10-13倍和4-5倍,突破了常规天然钝化阻控材料对土壤镉、铅等负载容量较小、专一性不强、使用量较大的不足。大田验结果表明,施用该类高效钝化阻控材料剂量仅为0.1%-0.3%(相当于150kg/-450kg/亩,仅为常规钝化阻控材料的1/3-1/5),农作物地上可食部位镉含量降低率可达60%-90%,土壤有效态镉含量降低可达48.63%-59.07%,效果极其显著,可以普遍适应于南方酸性镉污染水稻田、北方弱碱性镉污染小麦田和污灌菜地重金属镉污染钝化阻控治理。该项工作的开展有力地推动了我国农田重金属污染新型高效钝化阻控材料的创新发展。

此外,通过大量盆栽和田间试验,研发出基于不同天然黏土矿物材料复配的可以满足大面积中轻度农田重金属镉污染治理需求的钝化阻控材料。南方酸性水稻田和北方污灌菜地试验表明:稻米和蔬菜地上可食部镉含量降低率可达40%—60%,可以实现边生产,边修复。截止201812月,该项技术已经在湖南、四川、广西、天津等地累计应用面积达到10000亩以上,有力地促进了当地农产品的安全生产,取得了较好的社会、环境和经济效益,为当地农田重金属镉污染控制提供了重要的技术支撑。
