Innovation Team of Soil Organic Contamination Control
Targeting significant national needs such as food security and ecological safety in agriculture, the team centers around the domain of prevention and control of organic pollution on farmland. Their research encompasses exploring mechanisms of organic pollution processes in farmlands and devising green, low-carbon synergistic bio-enhancement technologies and models for controlling organic pollution. Since the 13th Five-Year Plan, the team has assumed over 30 projects, including initiatives under the National Key Research and Development Program, Special Scientific Research Subjects of Public Welfare Industry (Agriculture), National Natural Science Foundation, and Tianjin Municipal Natural Science Foundation, with over ten international/national invention patents authorized; four co-authored/translated monographs produced; two local/group standards established; and over 120 academic papers published. Moreover, the team has garnered six national/ministerial-level honors, including distinctions for outstanding collective contribution towards women’s achievements and exemplary women’s posts in the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS). Graduate students mentored by the team have been awarded 24 recognitions, encompassing various scholarships, excellent thesis prize, and outstanding graduates in Beijing City.
