中国政府积极应对《联合国气候变化框架公约》，提出“碳达峰、碳中和”战略目标。2021年10月，国务院印发《2030年前碳达峰行动方案》，明确提出“加快推进秸秆高值化利用”。在“双碳”政策指导下，秸秆等农业固废高值转化已成为农业、环境、能源、材料等领域研究热点。农业农村部环境保护科研监测所长期从事秸秆等农业固废高值利用相关研究，此次会议邀请中国、加拿大、英国、日本、马来西亚、菲律宾、中国香港等国内外著名学者，于 2022 年 10 月29日（北京时间，拟定时间）在线举办“第一届农业固废高值化利用国际研讨会”。

会议以“创新资源高值利用、推动农业绿色发展”为主题，围绕农业固体废弃物生物质低碳先进技术和可持续发展主题，拟邀请专家包括加拿大院士Zhen Fang教授、俄罗斯院士Boxiong Shen教授、Journal of Hazardous Materials副主编Dan Tsang教授、The Journal of Supercritical Fluid 区域主编Richard Smith教授，菲律宾固体废弃物绿色高值化利用研究领域著名专家Roberto M. Malaluan教授，马来西亚农业废弃物资源化领域著名专家Chuah Abdullah Luqman教授，以及英国贝尔法斯特女王大学Chunfei Wu教授等世界知名专家做特邀报告（外宾占80%以上），会议总人数约200人。针对领域最新研究进展进行学术交流，分享科研进展，共同推进农业固体废弃物高值利用。

You are cordially invited to join our online conference on Upgrading of Agricultural Waste 2022 (Virtual).

which is an Academic forum on Low-Carbon Technology and Sustainable Development Actively responding to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. Countries all over the world are making efforts to achieve the goals by lowering carbon emissions and studying methods to achieve carbon neutrality. In the context of this strategic goal, conversion of agricultural solid wastes into value-added products is an active research area being pursued by China and many researchers in the fields of Agriculture, Environment, Energy and Materials Science. Liquid fuels, chemicals, syngas and biocarbon materials synthesized from huge amounts of underutilized agricultural solid wastes are active and fruitful areas of interest. To promote the development of theory and scientific technology of transformation of agricultural solid waste resources into added-value products and promote incorporation of transformation chemistry and upgrading technologies into relevant industries, the Agro-Environmental Protection Institute (AEPI), Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs is initiating a series of online academic forums on “Upgrading of Agricultural Waste” with the first to be held on October 29, 2022 (Beijing Time). Ten respected scholars from Australia, China, Canada, Malaysia, Philippines, Japan and UK who have expertise with theoretical and practical aspects of agricultural waste utilization will share their most recent research activities in the area of low carbon technologies, biomass transformation chemistry and deployment of agricultural upgrading technologies in industrial sectors. The purpose of the forum is to promote international academic exchange and cooperation in the field of biomass transformation and sustainable development.
