Education Background

Wang Feng received his BSc degree in Agro-Resource and Environment (2004) from Northeast Agricultural University, his MS degree in Agro-Ecology (2007) from Graduate University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and his PhD in Agro-Ecology (2013) from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Research Area

He is in charge of the Dali Experimental Station, which focusing on the Non-point Source Pollution control in Erhai watershed in Yunnan province. His research interesting includes: livestock waste treatment and reuse to farmland, regional surface water and groundwater quality monitoring, green house gas generate from farmland.

As a research leader, He is responsible for the following program: Monitoring method for non-point source pollution in North China for Special Funds for Public Welfare Project by Ministry of Environment. Agricultural non-point source pollution monitoring technology and information system Application for international cooperation program by Ministry of Agriculture. Dairy and piggery waste treatment and utilization of farmland security reuse technology of the National Key Technology R&D Program by Ministry of Science and Technology. The mechanism of soil N2O production during freezing and thawing period by National Natural Science Foundation. Soil N2O detection technology with Double-isotope labeling by Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs. Etc.
